World’s Collide at Sheraton’s Buffet

Get into an Asian-Mediterranean buffet this weekend.

Looking for a good buffet this long weekend? The Café at The Sheraton Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is the place for you to try Western, Middle Eastern and Asian delicacies, so that you can indulge in a little of everything. Buffets are available daily for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner; or, you can select from the a la carte menu of tempting dishes.

Chefs within the display kitchen specialize in a number of exciting demonstrations, including:

- Chinese station to show the expert preparation of savory Chinese noodles, rice and stir-fries.

- Sashimi station, where freshly cut sashimi is served.

- Mediterranean-style red brick pizza oven, where Italian pizza and baked pastas are prepared à la minute.

- Tandoori station, to recreate the Tandoori specialties from the popular Bukhara Tandoori Restaurant.

- Crepe and Waffle station, featuring homemade crepe and waffle prepared to order.
