I received this email yesterday from my friend so i went to Element shop last night. The sales said the company changed the rule this afternoon. I must show the staff card if I want to enjoy the 60% off discount. I told her i have the email and with the special staff promotion code. She insisted said NO, you can still buy the on sales items with 50% off. Can you double check the offer is still valid or not. I was pretty upset and the sales showed very bad manner to me.

Just checked with Ferragamo - this is a real sale, so maybe that clerk didn’t get the memo yet at Elements.
