‘Pashmy‘ is a short film about 6 minutes long, written and directed by Dennis Hopper starring Gwyneth Paltrow and the Pashmy bag. Worldwide preview of the short film screened last week for special guests of Diego Della Valle, President of the Tod’s Group’s, Gwyneth and Dennis Hopper’s in a dinner party in Milan.

Juicy gets involved in support of the Pink Revolution campaign.

Juicy Couture has designed a limited edition t-shirt and charm especially in support of Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s 2008 Pink Revolution campaign. Founders, Gela Taylor and Pam Skaist-Levy are urging fans to be be part of the “Pink Revolution and express your breast cancer awareness in couture” . Themed “Couture Cares”, these stylish t-shirts and super charming old English charm items will be sold at all Juicy stores from October 9th till it runs out.
We’ve been told that there are only 700 pieces of each item. T-shirts will be sold at HK$700 and charms at HK$300. 50% of all sale proceeds will be donated to Hong Kong Cancer Fund for their breast cancer support and research programmes.

First store in Japan just as successful as Hong Kong.

This is just an interesting piece of news following up 1-week after the opening of H&M in the Ginza district of Tokyo. While Japanese shoppers didn’t get any cool Madonna branded launch like we did, they still have 2 hour long line-ups, 1 week after opening:
Total visitors to the store in Tokyo’s upscale Ginza district are believed to have surpassed 50,000, with the daily number topping 8,000 even on weekdays.
