Longines opened its franchise store on Park Lane Boulevard in Tsim Sha Tsui a few weeks ago as we posted here. Officiating at the ribbon cutting ceremony were Carina Lau (劉嘉玲), Longines’ Ambassadress of Elegance, and Mr Juan Carlos Capelli, Longines International Head of Marketing who flew in for the occasion. You can also get the diamond watch collections and the classic retro styles available exclusively in Hong Kong.

The new Longines Admiral collection was also launched at the store opening. At the opening ceremony, Carina Lau used a gadget of aeroplane to present the Admiral collection, while Mr Zheng Yu Guang, China’s first world champion male model, demonstrated the Longines Admiral. Mr Capelli also specially selected a crystal cow with a cute baby’s pacifier hung around its neck for Carina Lau to wish her good fortune in the Year of the Cow in 2009.

Longines is a luxury brand under the Swatch Group Ltd, the world’s largest watch conglomerate, which has over 159 production sites in Switzerland.
