As one of the biggest nights in Hollywood, the 81st Oscars ceremony was filled with beautiful people in gorgeous dresses.
The stars dazzled as bright as the coveted statuettes were handed out to those who shined the most. Kate Winslet won Best Actress in a Lead Role, while “Vicky Christina Barcelona” won Penelope Cruz a little gold man for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. Of course, most would agree that the cast of “Slumdog Millionaire”, winner of Best Picture went home the happiest! The film took home 8 awards – including the highly coveted Best Picture.
