Balenciaga Opens at the Landmark in Hong Kong

Balenciaga opens in Hong Kong.

Business seems to be booming for Balenciaga. They’ve expanded with a much anticipated stand-alone store in Hong Kong. The store will, of course, stock women’s ready-to-wear collection, as well as accessories. What we’re really excited about is the Balenciaga Fall/Winter 2009 collection, the bags in particular!

The “Cassette“ (above) is a black, medium sized beauty that made out of leather, textured, and comes in a great looking shape. Some studs on the straps give this bag a little rock and roll vibe that’s very in now.

We are also looking forward to viewing the “Matelasse“. We think its right on the money and on trend with its smaller size, and long, over the shoulder chain straps.
