Hotel Rooms: Hullett House
Reminiscing old Hong Kong glamour.

Hong Kong is a place where East meets West and the newly opened heritage hotel Hullett House promises that and more. The hotel is located at the Marine Police Headquarters on Canton Road in Kowloon, a stone’s throw away from the Star Ferry Pier. The white colonial style building with its rich history is reinvented here to pay tribute to old Hong Kong. Interestingly, this is Aqua Restaurant Group’s first foray into hotel development.
The grandeur of Hullett House’s façade is contrasted with a slightly modern interior. Guests getting to choose from one of its 13 suites, each individually crafted to reflect a period of Hong Kong’s design history, offering you a different experience every time you visit. The Imperial China suite will have you marvelling at its splendour, while you can live the high life of a British aristocrat at the English suite with its idyllic turquoise hues.

The five exquisitely designed restaurants at Hullett House offer a variety of interesting dining experiences, Loong Toh Yuen taking you back to the traditional Chinese teahouse where you can have a taste of authentic Hong Kong dim sum. St. George headed by Michelin Star chef Philippe Orrico on the other hand offers delectable modern European cuisine . One thing you simply have to do is to enjoy a drink in the building’s original jail cell at the Mariners’ Rest , where seamen and policemen alike shared their happy hour more than a century ago.
