Brunello Cucinelli was founded and headquartered in Solomeo in Umbria, Italy, in 1978 and is not only famous for their quality cashmere-wear but for also restoring the 14th century village of Solomeo where production takes place. A military-inspired Fall collection filled with endless contradictions.

For those on the hunt for unique pieces that are stylish and modern, you can’t go wrong with Dries Van Noten. Fall brings with it many more unusual picks for the quirky shopper as DVN presents a collection full of unexpected whimsies.
The military influence is evident with a collection filled with khakis, tailored jackets and parkas, and shades in dirt-resistant hues of olive green, camel, khaki and black, with the occasional animal print. The Original Fake has a ‘huge’ showcase at Harbour City this month.

Brian Donnellley, (KAWS), made his mark on the art world the hard way: through the streets. A product of New Jersey graffiti scene, his earlier work was largely transient, and almost always illegal. But where there’s talent, there’s often opportunity. And by the mid-Nineties the budding artist had made the leap from municipal pest to commercial success.
Since then, KAWS has worked on various collaborative projects with some of the world’s biggest fashion brands, from Marc Jacobs to Comme des Garcons, and even went on to start his own label, OriginalFake.

Balenciaga’s new Kowloon boutique.

Balenciaga just opened their second stand-alone store in Harbour City. The popular label carries not just accessories but also their women’s ready-to-wear collection at this store. The store was developed by Balenciaga’s Artistic Director, Nicolas Ghesquière, in collaboration with Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster.
