Milan based Italian fashion house Prada SpA has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Exchange to hold an initial public offering by July 2011. Bloomberg reports that the company’s profit doubled last year on growth in the Asia-Pacific region, and Net Income rose to a record 250.8million euros (HK$355 million) from 100.2 million euros.

A new pop-up store in SoHo.
S. Nine has launched their first pop-up store at Upper East Side where you’ll get to see the full collection from S.Nine designed by Susanna Ngao. We immediately spotted two beautiful detail shirts that are great for work as well as lots of drapey dresses in black or white which is what the brand is known for.

The Grand Park Orchard is an upscale fashion hotel located in the center of Singapore’s most famous shopping street, Orchard Road. The hotel opened in October last year after SGD80 million dollar makeover and has already become of the most stylish places to stay and be seen.
