The Gummy Bear Dress

Alexander McQueen-inspired dress made out of candy.

Something fashion, something sweet!  Stylists Hissa Igarashi and Sayuri Marakumi decided to make a dress made out of gummy bears for the launch of  a new magazine – Twelve. How they did it? The duo twisted steel wire into the shape of a dress and covered it with vinyl and spent the next three weeks gluing on 50,000 pieces of the gummy candy in a rainbow gradient pattern.

The dress weigh a whopping 220 pounds and  took three people to put on model Jessica Pitti. We hope that they have found a way to preserve it and keep it away from the ants.
