Donatella Versace To Present Award At 4th Asian Film Awards

Donatella Versace will be in town on 22nd March 2010.

This year, the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society (HKIFFS) have enlisted Donatella Versace to present a new award at the Asian Film Awards (AFA) to be held on 22 March 2010. The award is very appropriately the Best Costume Designer Award to honour the work of Asian costume designer in cinema.

Tom Ford’s ‘A Single Man’ Opens in Hong Kong

Gucci’s former creative director’s first film opens next week.

We reported about Tom Ford’s debut movie, A Single Man, way back in September 2009 when it was screened on the film festival circuit. Since then, it has won various awards from the recent Golden Globes to Best Actor for Colin Firth at the Venice Film Festival.

“A Single Man’ hits Hong Kong cinemas on March 11, 2010 and with Tom Ford at the helm we expect some amazing clothes and art direction. Check out the trailer here!
