Shanghai Tang’s Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

In the ongoing dance of the oriental love affair, Shanghai Tang evokes Chinese inspired style with Western modernity. The Spring / Summer 2010 “Love Restraint” collection is inspired by three themes: Chinese Shan Shui paintings of majestic mountains, nostalgic era of Hong Kong in the 1960’s, and the art of Peranakan ceramics.

Introducing the late great’s Plato’s Atlantis Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

Alexander McQueen will always be remembered as a designer who wasn’t afraid to take chances, a gamble which single-handedly helped him to change the modern fashion landscape as we know it.
His last and most memorable Spring/Summer 2010 collection has been communicated through a futuristic formula full of aquatic creatures and computer-generated couture art. Titled Plato’s Atlantis , the collection comprises brightly coloured prints inspired by butterflies, moths, beetles and giant squid – engineered sea-reptile prints and designs that mimick the skin of sharks and dolphins.
