While some designers are still pushing the tough “rock chick” look, we’re quite relieved that EQ:IQ‘s Creative Director, Stephanie Stindel, has delivered a collection based on the effortless style of the Parisian woman – feminine and sophisticated with an edge.
This collection is made up of a mix of eclectic EQ:IQ pieces inspired by a few key themes. There’s the ‘impressionable prints’ of the Parisian life which translates into a pretty ‘Cloud’ print dress, vintage-inspired ‘Wallpaper’ print silk dress and red “Bisous’ lipstick kiss print that captures the romance and style that we know as just being quintessentially Parisian.

KENZO commemorates 4 decades of success.
Japaness and Paris-based fashion brand KENZO turns 40 this year, and to much celebration, we may add. To celebrate and commemorate this milestone, Antonio Marras has created a special and limited-edition t-shirt and scarf collection for the brand.

UK designers show off bold color and prints for Fall.

It’s August and as stores prepare to bring in their Fall collections, we take a look at what’s in store in Hong Kong. While summer was all about bold, bright hues, Fall fashion takes us on a much more sophisticated journey with deeper, more dramatic bursts of colour. UK designers seem to be in agreement that the trend for this season includes knee high skirts and dresses in sharp, tailored silhouettes. Prints range from the geometric to the abstract in shades of maroon, mustard, burnt sienna and gray.

The Parisian brand that’s making us pay attention.
