Good50X70 is also known as the “The Social Communication Project”, a team that wants to create awareness and spawn communication through public projects. The t-shirts’ designs are winning entries chosen from 50X70s annual poster design competition. The designs address issues such as human rights, healthcare, nuclear power and endangered species.

It seems that more and more Hong Kong designers/retailers are going online. We’ve recently heard that Tabla have just launched their online store recently at www.tabla.hk. A bit of background about this exquisite little boutique located on the mezzanine floor of the Prince’s Building in Central, Hong Kong.

Following in the family retail tradition, Tania Mohan, the women behind the label started Tabla in 1999. Her design updates Indian style clothes rich in exotic embroidery and details with modern-day wearability. Her label is distributed internationally and worn by celebrities such as Kate Moss, Elizabeth Hurley and Jodie Kidd.

Her boutique stocks kaftans, dresses, jewellery, shawls and cashmere pieces in winter. We especially love her kaftans however considering we are at the tail end of summer, found other things to covet.
