The Swiss luxury watchmaker Roger Dubuis has welcomed Anglo-Irish aristocrat and style icon Daphne Guinness into his circle of friends. Guinness, widely known for her own unique sense of style, models watches from the brand’s Velvet collection in a series of photographs snapped by renowned British photographer, Nick Knight.

Isabella Blow’s collection called off.
The Isabella Blow’s collection which was set to be auctioned off at Christie’s on September 15, 2010 has been called off. W Magazine reported that an anonymous private buyer had purchased the entire collection, containing 90 outfits and 28 photographs. The New York Times revealed that Daphne Guinness had purchased the entire collection. “It’s Issy – it’s her D.N.A, it should not be scattered to the four winds,” said Ms. Guinness, who was a passionate follower of Mr. McQueen’s work and his greatest supporter after Ms. Blow.
