At 26, Jason Wu has accomplished more than many of his peers could hope for in the international world of fashion, he was thrust into the spotlight when Michelle Obama wore his chiffon dress designed to the historical presidential inaugural ball of President Obama in January 2009.
Jason Wu is in town to personally showcase his Autumn/Winter 2009 collection here in Hong Kong at Lane Crawford, IFC Mall on October 15, 2009. Not only will customers get to check out Wu’s newest pieces, they will also get the opportunity to meet him personally by private appointment with Lane Crawford. Expect lots of flowing prints, intricate embroideries and masterfully draped dresses featuring an imaginative palette of midnight blues, electric yellows and dreamy pastels as Wu draws inspiration from the vintage style dresses of childhood fairytales.
