Co-founder Tamara Mellon could be pulling a Tom Ford.

Big changes are in line at Jimmy Choo as the company’s co-founder and chief creative officer Tamara Mellon has announced her departure next month. It’s believed to have been spurred by the company’s US$500 million acquisition by Labelux. Added to this, CEO Joshua Schulman has also resigned from his role at Jimmy Choo and will leave next year.

Brazilian model the pick of the crop for the new season.

We already showed you Raquel Zimmermann’s starring role in the latest Jimmy Choo campaign and it looks like plenty of other brands have also fallen in love with the Brazilian beauty’s sultry look.
Zimmermann has scored no less than another four campaigns for Fall/Winter 2011 and our favourite so far is the atmospheric David Sims-shot images for Alexander McQueen which, following their record-breaking exhibition at New York’s Costume Institute, completely encapsulate the theme of Savage Beauty.
