Mastercard opens the doors to fashion in Hong Kong this week.

This week as all Butterboom readers know is the week for Mastercard’s 2nd Luxury Week event in Hong Kong. Showcasing some of the world’s most exciting brands like Escada, Vera Wang, Kenzo, Donna Karan, Jean Paul Gaultier, Diane Von Furstenburg, Marc Jacobs and many more. Mastercard Luxury Week Coming in August

Here is the rundown for Hong Kong’s big fashion extravaganza.

It has returned! Get ready for the MasterCard Luxury Week Hong Kong 2008, to be held August 26-30 at The Four Seasons Hotel in Central, Hong Kong.

MasterCard Fashion Ambassador Denise Keller added some extra glamour to the media launch, with the help of local super models Lisa S and Ana R. providing a sneak peek at the Fall/Winter 2008 collections that will be featured in the some of the participants’ runway shows of including BCBGMAXARIA, Jean Paul Gaultier, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Marc Jacobs and Donna Karen.

The schedule includes 14 runway shows over five days with state-of-the-art custom built venue featuring a reception/hospitality area and collection show room boasts a 26-metre long runway and a capacity of 420 seats for each show.
